Projects appear in the sidebar with a small cover drawn from their boards, so you can find “the one with the red sneakers” by eye. Boards can live outside a project too, until you know where they belong.

Do I have to put every board in a project?
No. Boards without a project are listed under Boards; move them into a project whenever you like.
What can a viewer do?
A viewer can open every board in the project and look at every card, but can’t add, move or delete anything.
Can someone without an account see a project?
Yes, through a view-only link if you turn sharing on. Invited editors and viewers need an embeddd account.
