Arranged like a moodboard, not a list

Cards keep their proportions: a tall Reel stays tall, a wide photo stays wide. The grid packs them into columns, the way you’d pin prints to a wall.

Pick two columns for a close look or sixteen to see everything at once. Spacing, corner radius and titles are yours to set per board.

Tags become tabs

Tag a card “light”, “type” or “client-feedback” and the tag shows up as a tab along the top of the board. One click filters the board down to it.

Posts saved from Instagram and TikTok come with their hashtags as tag suggestions, so a board starts organized.

Every card knows its colours

When a picture lands on a board, embeddd reads its palette. Open the card to see the swatches; click one to find every reference in that colour across your boards.

More than pictures

Notes, sketches and small live widgets — a clock for a client’s city, a calendar, the weather on location — sit on the same grid as your references.

How many cards can a board hold?

There’s no fixed card limit on a board. Large boards stay quick because pictures load as you scroll.

Can I move a card to another board?

Yes. Open the card’s menu and choose Move, or drag a board in the sidebar onto another project.

Can I change the layout of one board without changing the others?

Yes. Columns, spacing, corners and whether titles show are set per board.
